Welcome to Welisen Logistics services. Please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Scope

Welisen Logistics provides the following services:

  • International express services (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Parcel receiving and forwarding services
  • Customs clearance assistance services
  • Logistics tracking services

1.2 Service Areas

Our services cover over 220 countries and regions worldwide. Specific deliverable areas are subject to actual query results.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you discover any account anomalies.

2.2 Information Accuracy

You guarantee that the following information provided is true, accurate, and complete:

  • Sender and recipient information
  • Parcel content description and declared value
  • Contact information

2.3 Prohibited Items

You must not ship the following items:

  • Flammable, explosive, or corrosive items
  • Drugs and controlled substances
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • Live animals and plants
  • Items prohibited for import/export by the laws of any country

Violation of prohibited items regulations may result in parcel seizure, fines, or legal action.

3. Shipping Fees and Payment

3.1 Shipping Fee Calculation

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the parcel (whichever is greater).
  • Volumetric weight formula: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • WeChat Pay
  • Alipay
  • Bank Transfer
  • Account Balance

3.3 Invoices

If you require an invoice, please leave a note when placing your order or contact customer service.

4. Transit Time

4.1 Transit Time Information

  • Estimated transit times are for reference only and do not constitute a promise.
  • Actual transit times are affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather, and holidays.
  • Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Double 11, Christmas).

4.2 Delay Handling

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure but will actively assist in handling the situation.

5. Parcel Insurance

5.1 Basic Coverage

All parcels are covered by basic insurance by default, with a maximum compensation limit of 3 times the shipping fee.

5.2 Additional Insurance

It is recommended to purchase additional insurance for valuable items:

  • Premium: 3% of the declared value
  • Maximum compensation: Declared value

5.3 Claim Conditions

  • Parcel lost or severely damaged
  • Claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
  • Relevant supporting documents must be provided

6. Customs Clearance Responsibility

6.1 Customs Duties

  • Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We can assist in estimating duties, but the final amount is determined by customs.

6.2 Customs Clearance Delays

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays caused by:

  • Inaccurate declaration information
  • Recipient's failure to provide required customs documents
  • Changes in customs policies

7. Disclaimer

We are not liable in the following situations:

  • Issues caused by incorrect information you provided
  • Seizure due to prohibited items
  • Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
  • Delivery failure due to recipient-related reasons

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Negotiation

In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the People's Court where Welisen Logistics is located.

9. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be published on the website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
